Weekly Mowing
April–October
Cut, trim, edge, and blow off the hard surfaces, on the same route day each week.
We handle ordinary trimming, defined edges, and cleanup of adjoining hard surfaces. Weather can shift the route when needed, and we let you know when it does.

One-Time Mowing
One visit
A one-time cut when the lawn needs to get back under control.
Before a party, after a vacation, while your mower is down, or when the lawn simply got away from you. We mow, trim, maintain defined edges, and blow adjoining hard surfaces clean. One-time visits fit around weekly routes, so peak-season availability can be limited.

Spring · Fall
Two visits: a spring refresh once the snow lets go, and a fall cleanup before it comes back.
Request one visit or both. Timing follows conditions on your property, not just the calendar.
Spring Refresh: Lake Effect Cleanup
Winter leaves a mess, and the spring visit clears all of it: a salt and sand sweep along the road edge and driveway, leaf and debris removal across the lawn, bed cleanup, weeding and cutback, mulch, bed edging, shrub pruning, plow-rut repair where the plow bit the lawn, grey snow mold raking, and the first mow of the season. Then haul-away: the debris leaves with us.
Fall Cleanup: Lake Effect Prep
Fall gets the property ready for snow: complete leaf removal, including beds, cutback of dead growth, downed branches and storm debris cleared, snow stakes set along the driveway and lawn edge, burlap wrapping for shrubs that need it, and the final mow, cut low. Then haul-away: the debris leaves with us.

Practical landscaping for beds, plantings, and the space around your home.
Mulch & bed refresh, with old-mulch removal and regrading when a bed needs it; bed maintenance kept up or brought back from overgrown, bed edging, shrub pruning, cutback of dead growth, and new plantings including Plant By Number package installs. Request any of it as a standalone project or alongside mowing.

One-off jobs, done on their own visit or added to a mow: basic leaf cleanup or full leaf removal, burlap wrapping before winter, plow-rut repair in spring, snow mold raking when the snow lets go, and storm debris removal: branches already on the ground, with hauling added by the trailer load.
